Brilliant pale straw in colour, it has perfumes of yellow peach, fresh
honeydew melon and mandarin peel on the nose, given depth by
creamy, yeasty characters. On the palate, it has a fine acid
structure, with melon and subtle, creamy textures combining with
zesty acidity.
